Student-Parent Reunification
In the event of an emergency or critical incident, Beaverton School District is accountable for the reunification of students with their parents or guardians. The Student-Parent Reunification is used to achieve successful reunification through an orderly process that maintains the chain of custody for every student.
If a reunification is necessary, parents and guardians will be notified. The school or district will use broadcast phone or text messaging to distribute information on what has occurred, where to report, and what to bring. Parents and guardians will be required to present valid ID to pick up their student(s). Do not go to the school to pick up your child unless you have been given instructions to do so.

Reunificación de los estudiantes con sus padres
En caso de una emergencia o incidente crítico, el Distrito Escolar de Beaverton es responsable de la reunificación de los estudiantes con sus padres o tutores. La Reunificación de Padres y Estudiantes se usa para lograr la reunificación exitosa de padres y estudiantes a través de un proceso ordenado que mantenga la línea de custodia de cada uno de los estudiantes.
Si la reunificación es necesaria, los padres y tutores recibirán un aviso. La escuela o el Distrito utilizará un sistema de difusión por teléfono o mensaje de texto para informar lo que sucedió, a dónde reportarse y qué necesita llevar. Se requerirá que los padres y tutores muestren una identificación válida para poder recoger al estudiante. No vaya a la escuela a recoger a su hijo a menos que se le hayan dado instrucciones de que lo haga.
